About Bethany

i am a:

small town,
multi-generational farmer,
mom,
and educator.

Sharing my family’s farm experiences, creating lessons, and just taking chances to learn new things all bring me great joy. I love meeting new people and learning about their life and experiences on and off the farm! Through my diversified experiences on the farm, teaching agriculture, being a farmer, mom, and a 4H educator I can’t wait to see where the next journey takes me.

Welcome to my farm.

I have always been involved in agriculture. I grew up on a farm and my husband and I are raising our two children on the family farm. We love to share our passion for this industry with our family and with others.

We enjoy raising sheep, chickens, fair pigs, cows and planting soybeans, corn, hay and cover crops!

I have always wanted my life to involve agriculture, and I am excited to continue to be able to do just that. When I am not farming, I love to cook, read a good book, and spend the day at the river.

Looking for new and fun ways to teach your kids or students about agriculture?

Between teaching Ag Science, Middle School, and leading my school’s FFA program, I realized just how many classroom resources I’ve put together.  I’ve been creating lesson plans and resources to use in my classroom for years!  I also realized how many new teachers there are that might be struggling to introduce agriculture concepts to their classrooms.

I’m passionate about agriculture and love seeing that same passion in my students. I’m just one teacher so it only made sense to share everything I’ve created with other educators.
