FFA Officer Applications and Interview Resources

This resource is used yearly in my own FFA Chapter. I created it to help my own members feel like the leadership selection process for officer positions was not solely based on a popularity contest or how well they could speak in an interview. So many other factors come into play using this rubric.

Product Description

This application takes into account school attendance, leadership outside FFA, and other factors that will make a great addition to an officer team.
 
What is included?
  • Delegate Application- We have delegates/representatives for our 7/8/9th grade members. They are treated as a class representative and have a voice for the grade the represent. There are two for each grade, and they can only serve once during the time frame of 7th grade to 9th grade year.
  • Chapter Officer Application – Students run as 10th and 11th graders as chapter officers since they will be serving the next year as officers.
  • Junior Officer Application – All 9th grade members are eligible to run for this office.
  • Blank Officer List
  • Teacher Recommendation Letter
  • Judges Info – This is given to the judges to help them get stated.
