Introduction to Knife Skills | Play Dough Cutting Lab

This is a very basic introduction to knife safety and includes a play dough cutting lab. This is not meant to be a full lesson or unit for knife safety. I use this as a lab within my safety unit. It allows us to touch on knife safety and gives the students the opportunity to practice making different cuts using play dough.
